At Redhut Steamer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please note:
- Returns must be approved before being sent back.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and sale/clearance items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
Orders placed for out-of-stock or pre-order items may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once the item has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
EU & UK Consumer Rights (Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
