Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy outlines how you may cancel or modify certain types of purchases available on our store.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription product, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.
- Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged automatically for each billing cycle unless you choose to pay in advance.

Cancellation & Changes:
- You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
- To manage your subscription, please use the link provided in your order confirmation email or contact our support team.
- Any changes or cancellations made after a billing cycle has been processed will apply to the next scheduled order.

Pre-Orders (Out-of-Stock or Upcoming Products)
We allow customers to place orders for products that are currently out of stock or not yet available. These are treated as pre-orders.
- Payment may be collected in full at checkout, or we may authorize and charge your payment method at a later date when the product becomes available.
- Estimated fulfillment or shipping timelines will be communicated where possible, but delays may occur.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled or shipped.
- Once the order has been fulfilled or dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
- However, you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Out-of-Stock Purchases
Some products on our store may be available for purchase even when they are temporarily out of stock.
- These orders will be processed and fulfilled once the item becomes available.
- Estimated restock and delivery timelines may vary.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders for out-of-stock items can be canceled at any time before fulfillment.

Try Before You Buy
At this time, we do not offer any try-before-you-buy options.
General Cancellation Policy (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email).

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Returns
You must return or hand over the goods no later than 14 days after you notify us of your cancellation.
