This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from Redhut Steamer.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after business hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.
  • Typical delivery time: 3–10 business days.
  • For international orders, delivery may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, or high demand periods. 

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

We allow customers to place orders for products that may be temporarily out of stock or not yet available.

  • These orders will be shipped once the product becomes available.
  • Estimated restock or dispatch timelines will be communicated where possible.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we may ship items separately or hold the order until all items are available.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.
  • You will be notified before each recurring shipment is processed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
